I have no experience as a Talent Scout. Can I still apply?

Our production house is proud to hire writers and cast performers that are often passed up by other houses for bigger, more established names. We are able to accomplish this by utilizing our unique, State of the Art business model that compensates Faith 21 Films staff with an attractive merchandise royalty & profit-sharing package. Therefore, we can take some risks with our casting decisions that other production companies simply cannot. If you can learn, follow directions and are able to approach random people with confidence, you can be very successful as a Talent Scout in this industry.

No. However, Ideal Candidates must be very comfortable working with the public.
What kind of compensation is included?
The position comes with a standard Profit Sharing Agreement contract. We provide the very best terms in the industry with regards to PSA contracts, bar none. Contributors receive a portion of all net bonuses paid to the contributors they help recruit, 3%-10% dependent on specific amount and type of work contributed. In addition, we include a $100 signing bonus for every new hire you refer. Plus, even if we don't hire your referral, we still pay you $10 for each recruit we interview. For instance, if we interview three of your referrals and hire one of the individuals as a segment host paying them a $250 signing bonus, you will receive 10% of the signing bonus, plus your $100 recruitment bonus and three $10 interview bonuses for a grand total of $155.
How many hours will I have to work?
As much or as little as you like. This is an ideal job for an individual who needs a flexible schedule. We provide you with business cards that have a referral code specifically assigned to you. Carry them with you at all times, and when you spot a potential recruit in public, take a short moment to refer them to our site. If we interview or hire them, you get paid. It's that easy. You may also place our cards in various locations bulletin boards or community information centers. If an individual finds your card and makes their way into our company, again, you get paid without ever even having to speak to them.
What is the job description?
As a Faith 21 Films Talent Scout, you will be responsible for recruiting fresh talent to contribute to our productions depending upon our specific needs. You must be comfortable with your verbal and social skills to approach individuals at random if you spot potential talent in public. For example, every few months we greenlight a new project for production. We put out a casting call with specific criteria that we are looking to cast such as a 25-30 year old Male African American writer or an 18-21 year old open race Female Documentary Hostess. You then take on the task of assessing and recruiting raw talent. Your talent pool will mostly consist of random people you encounter in your everyday life in public. Get creative if you wish!
