Our crew, in conjunction with WCP Magazine, a popular Chicago based political variety magazine, hit the streets for ten months post November 20th, 2016 in order to cover the countless activist rallies located here in Chicago. We encountered hundreds of personalities across dozens of causes. Our examination showed us a kind and gentle side to many of Chicago's community activists. Grossly overshadowing this trait however, is the blatant hostility and even violence our crew was met with for doing nothing more than quietly answering these organizations press releases. You won't want to miss Radical:an examination of Chicago protests.
Millennials, generally accepted as referring to those individuals born between 1980-1999, are undoubtedly the most Anti-Capitalist generation in American history. Over half of all Millennials hold a favorable view of Socialism. More alarmingly, almost one in five Millennials openly call for a Communist run government, an ideology responsible for the murder of Hundreds of Millions worldwide. How did this happen? What molded the Millennial mind into accepting such a lethal form of government? What circumstances steered them towards such an apostate view point. We went straight to the source in order to find out what events, pop culture influences and media experiences impacted Millennial sediments. Our crew searched high and low to ask dozens of successful Millennial personalities from all walks of life, including liberals, conservatives and moderates alike. We gave our subjects an open forum, promised them complete anonymity and provided them the opportunity to swing for the fences. Their responses may shock you! Don’t miss this Docushort that cuts deep in it’s attempt to dissect the beliefs that define an entire generation.
